My Spirit dwells in the deserts, mesas and canyons of the Southwest. The remote and lonely spaces are the inspiration and Harmony that I feel and express in my paintings. During the years that I have been painting, I have felt the great sense of Peace that comes from my subject matter, the Land and the Native American Philosophy. The Native People’s Belief in respect for everything and knowing the necessity of balance and Harmony with all Life is the only way I can live. Throughout the World there are many others who also live by this philosophy. With each new painting I develop a greater understanding of where my Spirit Dwells. With each new painting I become more and more complete in my inner self. It is through painting that I have found this Harmony. I feel so fortunate to realize that the way to express my thoughts and feelings are through my Paintings.
